What this site collects.

Plain language, no dark patterns. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@pulse-branding.com and we will explain it.

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email address, company and message, so we can reply to your enquiry.

Free audit: the website address you submit and, if you ask for the report by email, your email address. The audit reads publicly available pages of the site you submitted.

Pulse AI assistant: the messages you exchange with it, and the page you were reading when you started, so we can improve the answers and hand a conversation to a person when you ask us to.

Page views: which pages are visited and where the visit came from. This is recorded on our own server. There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no third-party analytics product on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and audit requests are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so a returning client is not asked to explain the business again. Assistant transcripts and page-view records are kept for ninety days.

Who sees it

Pulse Branding. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertising networks. Service providers used to run the site (hosting, email delivery and the language model that drafts audit findings) process the data on our instructions only.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@pulse-branding.com and we will act on the request within thirty days. You can also use the site without submitting any form at all.
